Paid 14k for my car to start experiencing multiple problems over the barely 6 months I had it before a mild fender bender totalled it out. Tipped the detailers a 20$, since I bought a car that hasn't been on the lot long and had to go back after to get the detail. Tipped before seeing the car. Would have taken it back if I could have. Everyone was helpful and honest. They got my license for me and mailed to my Ohio address quickly and saved me a 60 mile round trip. They worked in a time that was convenient for me to get my first oil change and had it finished in a timely manner. You get a human touch and you don't feel like you're just a number.

My experience was unique. I viewed the car online, spoke with a salesman, and overnighted a certified check to them. I flew to Cincinnati and got an Uber to the store. Spending over 10k sight unseen, I thought it was not professional for them not to pick me up at the airport. They weren’t too pushy and gave me time to think about what I wanted and worked really hard to get me the car I wanted as well, the only issue I had was they gave me my license plate with the wrong county on it but that can be easily fixed. Mamadou was the person to help me with my purchase

I’ve been looking for a 2015 Nissan Armada online I had so many dealers to choose from . I contacted Midwest by phone and let them know I was interested in the Nissan armada 2015 . I test drove it .I fell in love with it .I am upgrading from my Nissan quest 2012 . I liked the No pressure salesman .the financial manager was pleasant and explained the forms . The waiting area was clean. I purchased the extended warranty for the Nissan . I love the one stop shopping and maintenance .I would recommend to anyone.
Good selection of used cars, as everyone knows used cars aren’t cheap right now, very competitive prices, the salesmen that helped me was very nice and helpful, although not crazy about whoever the higher up was, wouldn’t budge on price even though the air compressor didn’t work on the car i bought, great employees, poor management unfortunately
